Personalized Items Return Policy
All customized products are final sale due to the nature of personalized gifts.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you’re unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we’ll work with you to come up with the best solution.
Non-Personalized Items Return Policy
To report any issues with an order and request a return/exchange, please contact us at admin@kkbshops.com within 24-48 hours after receiving package. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review. We may request for the items to be returned or discarded. An online gift card code or refund can be issued to the original form of payment.
Digital Products
ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we will gladly refund for all duplicate orders.
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable, including return shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Please see optional rates for shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance includes protection for any lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to notify our company within 48 hours of receiving the package with pictures at admin@kkbshop.com. Additional insurance purchase covers lost/damaged goods. Issues regarding shipping delays, undelivered, and/or damged shipments should be addressed directly with shipping carrier.
Please understand that once an order is shipped, we are no longer in control. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages– please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package.
Free Gift Policy
If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not offer exchanges.
Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
