Welcome to KKB Shops! By using our website (KKBshops.com), placing an order, signing up for a workshop, or downloading digital content, you agree to the terms below. Please take a moment to read through them.

1. Overview

KKB Shops offers handmade goods, digital products, and creative workshops. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

All products are described to the best of our ability. Since many are handmade, minor variations in color, shape, or size may occur. Custom items are made to order and may take longer to ship.

3. Workshops

We occasionally offer online and in-person workshops covering crafting techniques and DIY projects.

  • Registration: Pre-registration is required for all workshops. Your spot is reserved once payment is received.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop may receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop date, but you may request a credit for a future session (subject to availability).
  • Attendance: For online classes, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and required materials. For in-person events, arrive on time and bring any materials listed in the class description.
  • Photography & Video: We may take photos or record during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

4. Digital Downloads

We offer printable designs, templates, and digital craft patterns.

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email or download link after payment is completed.
  • Usage: These files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files in any form.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Payment is required at checkout using our secure payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to US. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We are not responsible for shipping delays or carrier issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.
  • Returns (if accepted) must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Digital downloads and workshop fees are not refundable except as outlined above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including product designs, photos, branding, digital files, and workshop materials—is the property of KKB Shops. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

KKB Shops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use of our website, products, or services. Always supervise children when using crafting materials.
