By registering for a workshop hosted by KKB Shops, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a hands-on crafting workshop that may include, but is not limited to, soap making, candle making, painting, heat press and iron-on patch application, wood assembly, and other DIY activities. I understand that these activities may involve the use of warm or hot materials, tools, equipment, sharp objects, fragrances, colorants, adhesives, electrical devices, and consumable materials.

I acknowledge that workshops are adults only (21+), and that wine and light refreshments may be served. I understand that alcohol consumption is optional and that I am responsible for my own consumption and behavior.

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and understand that failure to do so may increase the risk of injury. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, allergic reaction, illness, property damage, or loss that may result from my participation.

I understand that ingredients such as fragrance oils, waxes, dyes, botanicals, paints, and adhesives are used during workshops, and I acknowledge that KKB Shops cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless KKB Shops, its owner, instructors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of my participation in this workshop, whether hosted at the instructor’s home, a private residence, or another venue, except in cases of gross negligence.

I understand that I am responsible for the proper use of any finished product created during the workshop and agree that KKB Shops is not responsible for misuse after the event.

I acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes and understand that I may opt out by notifying the host in advance.

By checking the box during registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and safety acknowledgement.
